Geras Nature Park
Description
If you fancy a trip to the zoo, the best kind is one with local wildlife! Mouflon, red deer, fallow deer, tarpan horses, sika deer, ferrets, and konik horses: Geras Nature Park offers a natural environment for all of these domestic wild animals. The spacious areas are based on their natural habitats in the Waldviertel.
The sheep pen and the petting zoo, which is home to woolly pigs and mischievous dwarf goats, are right next to the entrance area. A 24-bar wooden xylophone invites you to show off your musical talents in the forest.
